PayPal Users:
We are not responsible for any delays in processing orders paid for through PayPal. Orders cannot be shipped until your payment clears. Orders of $150 or more paid for via PayPal must be shipped to an address that the PayPal system lists as being CONFIRMED.

Pennsylvania Residents:
We must charge 6% sales tax to Pennsylvania businesses and residents who have not filed a Sales & Use Certificate with us. If your order is being delivered in the state of PA and you have a valid business tax ID number, mail us a copy of your resale certificate prior to placing your order.

Shipping & Delivery

USPS
All shipping is USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation unless otherwise requested in advance. Your delivery confirmation number will be emailed you to as soon as your item is posted in the mail. We are not responsible for delays or losses do to striking workers, acts of god or terrorists etc.

Local Orders
Local Orders may be hand delivered or picked up from our shop.

Finalizing Your Order:
We can't make any changes to an order once it is finalized. Please check your order carefully before you finalize it.

Returns:
To ensure the purity of our products, we do not accept returns on opened products, so please read the following carefully. We are not able to issue credit on returns, and returned merchandise will be discarded. We are not able to make exceptions to this policy.

In the event that we make an error, we will of course gladly authorize the return of incorrect or defective merchandise and pay for the return shipping costs. You agree to carefully inspect your shipment, upon arrival and report any problems or need for replacement within 72 hours of arrival.
